Is MedTang a medical institution?
No. MedTang helps coordinate travel and early communication. Diagnosis, examinations, and treatment decisions are handled by patients with licensed medical institutions.
Do I need to have a trip booked already?
No. However, an approximate time and city make the first conversation more practical.
Can a family member or companion travel with me?
You can share companion needs in the first conversation so they can be considered in the travel planning.
Do I need to send health information in this form?
No. This form is only for basic travel information. Do not send medical records, symptoms, test results, photographs, or identity documents.
How is my privacy handled?
We follow a data-minimisation approach. See Privacy & service boundaries for the information that is not collected through this first form.
